1. INFORMATION COLLECTION

WE WILL KEEP THE BUSINESS INFORMATION CONFIDENTIAL AT ALL TIMES AND WE WON’T PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION TO ANY AGENT, ADVISOR, CONTRACTOR, BUSINESS PARTNER, FINANCIAL INSTITUTION OR ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER IN CONNECTION TO OUR OPERATIONS AND SERVICES.
   2. 5.1.2. Personal information. This is information related to your account. We will keep the personal data we hold confidential but may provide information to:
      1. 5.1.2.1. agents, advisers, auditors, contractors, financial institutions, and service providers in connection with our operations or services;
      2. 5.1.2.2. our overseas offices, affiliates, business partners and counterparts (if any);
      3. 5.1.2.3. persons under a duty of confidentiality to us;
      4. 5.1.2.4. persons to whom we are required to make disclosure under applicable laws and regulations in or outside Singapore; or
